Cirtiq is building an AI-enabled safety layer for clinical decision-making and AI governance. The Company’s platform reviews every clinical order before it reaches the patient, validating it against the full clinical record and either approving it or flagging it for human review. While largely invisible in routine care, OrderGuard is designed to intercept high-severity errors, preventing dangerous, costly, and avoidable adverse events. Physicians placing orders today typically rely on data in their local EHR, which can be incomplete, outdated, and siloed from records at other institutions. The Company aggregates and reconciles patient information across health information exchanges (HIEs) to create a single, accurate longitudinal patient record that functions as the source of truth.
