Jeff Carroll

Jeff Carroll is a Venture Partner at Sandbox Industries and supports the firm’s investment funds, portfolio companies and the Sandbox Advisors team.

Jeff brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to Sandbox, serving most recently as Chief Revenue Officer of Lumeris. He has deep expertise structuring, implementing and operating value-based and Medicare Advantage engagements for both providers and payers. Jeff started his career standing up clinically integrated networks and Accountable Care Organizations before moving into managing insurance and delegated risk products.

Jeff received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He currently serves on the Board of Essence Healthcare.
