When I moved back to Chicago from London and started exploring new opportunities, everyone kept telling me I needed to talk to Sandbox because it was a creative, entrepreneurial place that would suit my background and interests. A colleague introduced me to Matt Downs and one thing quickly led to another…

Q. What inspires you?

A. 

I really enjoy being part of dynamic startups when the energy is contagious and anything is possible. Paving new paths with everything from building a culture and set of values to identifying new revenue streams and partnerships is always exciting to me. I’m motivated to make a difference and contribute to a great organization that not only creates value in the marketplace but also creates lasting relationships and always gives back.

Sandbox is a very special place where exploration and creativity are encouraged and valued. I enjoy being part of a broad entrepreneurial and investor community and meeting lots of interesting people across sectors. I feel lucky to be in a role that allows me to make interesting connections and create new opportunities for growth both domestically and internationally.

Q. Where can we find you outside of work?

A. 

I love to travel and explore the world, and no place is too far for me. I enjoy the adventure and learning that comes from being in new places all the time. I also relish great food, theater, vinyasa yoga, fashion, hiking, biking, and art.
