Q. What's your story?

A. 

I’d blame Millie. She offered me a summer internship, so I flew over from Washington state for the two months and found that I loved Chicago as well as Sandbox.

Q. What inspires you?

A. 

Pursuing one’s curiosities. Working toward a goal to the best of your ability and reaping the reward. Finding that a problem that was once daunting is now beneath you.

Q. Why Sandbox?

A. 

This is my first formal job, and I can’t imagine it gets much better than this. I love being surrounded by curious, innovative people dedicated to moving forward and taking a risk here or there. I’m also a big fan of the candy jar.

Q. Where can we find you outside of work?

A. 

I love my neighborhood and I love people watching, so when I’m not playing guitar in my room or lost in Lakeview (courtesy of my superb sense of direction) you can find me at Argo Tea or at the bookstore on Wellington. I’m also a firm believer in music and a faithful concert attendee.
