Q. What's your story?

A. 

I was looking to begin the next chapter in my career that would get me a step closer to becoming an entrepreneur. Two degrees of separation later, I was introduced to Nick Rosa and Sandbox. Learning more about Lab42 and the great opportunity to lead it, led to many quick conversations; soon I became a part of the Sandbox family as the CEO of Lab42.

Q. What inspires you?

A. 

Professionally, the drive to position my team for success, build strong relationship with clients, and develop simple solutions to complex problems keeps me inspired. Personally, I am motivated by my incessant curiosity, supportive mentors, and great stories of self-made achievers.

From the moment I stepped into the office, I could tell that Sandbox was a rare place–a unique ecosystem that is comprised of creative, astute, and hardworking forces working together to enrich the world. I enjoy the exposure to the talent at Sandbox, the energy that everyone brings every day and that I am empowered to make an impact on the company and my team.

Q. Where can we find you outside of work?

A. 

Either on my weekly quest to discover at least two ‘new’ restaurants in Chicago or boxing with my trainer. If you have not found me there, I am most likely engaging in serious online shopping (which leads to many hours at the UPS stores returning items) or in the middle of international phone calls. Occasionally, you may run into me at a local art gallery or at the airport on my way to see friends and family.
