Q. What's your story?
A.
I was finishing up my masters degree at the Institute of Design and working on a startup when I was first introduced to Sandbox. One of my professors thought that I should pitch my idea to Sandbox to try and get some funding to move it forward. Sandbox wasn’t looking to fund any outside companies for a while, but they were looking to hire a designer. The rest is history!
Q. What inspires you?
A.
Everything about new ideas, and the people that implement them to change the world, inspires me. The entire startup process is fascinating and motivating.
Q. Why Sandbox?
A.
Before Sandbox, I would be sitting at home doing design work for startup concepts. Now, I go to Sandbox HQ to do design work for startup concepts. I get paid to do what I love to do. Plus, I am surrounded by great people and interesting ideas on a daily basis. What else could I ask for?
Q. Where can we find you outside of work?
A.
You can find me walking my dogs in the West Loop, trying out a new restaurant around town or working in my home office.
