Marbles: The Brain Store is a one-of-a-kind retail store and on-line store with an array of carefully-selected products that stimulate and strengthen the brain. Amidst concern about declining brain function that can occur with age, Marbles strives to help adults become proactive about maintaining and developing brain fitness. Marbles offers more than 250 products, including brain teasers, educational games, puzzles, books, and brain fitness software, that enhance memory, critical thinking, coordination, visual perception, and word skills. Marbles has grown quickly from one store in downtown Chicago, opened in October of 2008, to three stores in the Chicago area and a website offering the full product selection. Marbles plays an active role in the brain health community through partnerships, in-store events, and programs. The long-term strategy is to establish Marbles as “the source” for products related to brain fitness.
